Nights Sun Thur
Hello there, was just wondering if anyone can give me advice if I wanna mix cardio training and weight trainin?

I currently go mon, wed, fri weights nights and tues, thur cardio nights but i think its too many in a row and i think its working against itself so I was gonna start cardio mon night, weights tues then a night off then cardio thur night and weights fri night then day off then weights sun. Any thoughts? Thanks for your time

Has your trainer NOT told you that the body needs a while to relax/rest between workouts. Every other day is better than a hard work out each day. You can mix cardio’ and weights without any problems. I stick to this program each week and under the guidance of a very qualified trainer. Also don’t forget your diet…
